Roadcrete Africa is committed to empowering people from previously disadvantaged communities, and is determined to leave a positive footprint in the areas in which it operates.

Its mentorship initiative promotes the development of emerging contractors through a company-to-company skills transfer programme.

Roadcrete Africa runs a formalised learnership scheme, run in partnership with the Construction Education and Training Authority (CETA) which ensures the advancement of employees and contractors through theoretical and practical training on site.

fight against HIV / AIDS

Roadcrete Africa has established a comprehensive HIV and AIDS Intervention Programme which offers employees voluntary counseling and testing as well as the provision of company sponsored anti-retroviral treatment.
